摘 要： 目的 探析陈士铎《辨证录》白术的用药特点。方法 收集整理《辨证录》中含有白术的423首方剂，并建立白术“数据库”，运用Excel对白术的临床功效、主治病证，不同配伍环境与不同剂量下（大剂量、常用剂量、小剂量）白术的功效发挥方向。结果 陈士铎认为白术具有利腰脐、益气回阳、益气生津、益气升阳、补脾阴、补心气的作用；最常应用白术治疗中风、内伤、伤寒等病证；其常用白术配伍人参、茯苓、肉桂、黄芪、当归等药物，大剂量运用白术时在方剂中所占百分比多在20%～60%之间，常用剂量运用白术时在方剂中所占百分比多在40%以内，小剂量运用白术时在方剂中所占百分比多在20%以内。结论 陈士铎临证运用白术存在明显的量效关系，对白术功效的认识与现代研究大致相同，但也有许多独到之处值得我们学习与借鉴。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the medication characteristics of Atractylodes macrocephala in CHEN Shiduos Bian Zheng Lu.Methods 423 prescriptions of Atractylodes macrocephala contained in Bian Zheng Lu were collected and sorted out，and a “database” of Atractylodes macrocephala was established. Excel was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy，main symptoms and signs of Atractylodes macrocephala，and the direction of the efficacy of Atractylodes macrocephala in different compatibility environments and different doses (large dose，common dose，small dose). Results CHEN Shiduo believed that Atractylodes macrocephala had the effects of benefiting waist and navel，supplementing Qi and returning Yang，supplementing Qi and promoting body fluid，supplementing Qi and ascending Yang，supplementing spleen Yin and heart Qi；Atractylodes macrocephala is often used to treat stroke，internal injury，Shanghan and other diseases；the commonly used Atractylodes macrocephala combined with Ginseng，Poria cocos，Cinnamon，Astragalus membranaceus，Angelica and other drugs，the percentage of Atractylodes macrocephala in the formula is mostly between 20% and 60% when used in large doses，the percentage of Atractylodes macrocephala in the formula is mostly within 40% when used in common doses，and the percentage of Atractylodes macrocephala in the formula is mostly within 20% when used in small doses. Conclusion CHEN Shiduos clinical application of Atractylodes macrocephala has an obvious dose effect relationship. His understanding of the efficacy of Atractylodes macrocephala is roughly the same as that of modern research，but there are also many unique points that we can learn from.
