摘 要:目的 采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化肝泰舒颗粒的提取工艺。方法 通过单因素试验考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对肝泰舒颗粒中芍药苷含量、干浸膏得率的影响。基于单因素试验的考察结果,应用Box-Behnken响应面法考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对肝泰舒颗粒中芍药苷含量及干浸膏得率的影响,对其进行二项式方程拟合,优选最佳水提工艺。结果 二项式拟合方程预测性良好,最佳水提工艺为处方加14倍水,煎煮90 min,煎煮3次。结论 该工艺稳定、可行,可为后续研究提供依据。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Gantaishu granules by Box-Behnken response surface method.Methods The effects of water content, decocting time and decocting times on the content of paeoniflorin and the yield of dry extract in Gantaishu granules were investigated by single factor test. Based on the investigation results of single factor test, Box-Behnken response surface method was used to investigate the effects of water addition, decocting time and decocting times on paeoniflorin content and dry extract yield in Gantaishu granules, and binomial equation fitting was conducted to optimize the best water extraction process.Results The binomial fitting equation had good predictability. The best water extraction process was to add 14 times water to the prescription, decoction for 90 min, and decoction for 3 times. Conclusion The process is stable and feasible, which can provide a basis for further research.
