摘 要:代谢组学等系统生物学的诞生,在中医学与现代医学之间架起了“桥梁”。代谢组学技术现已在心衰患者中有了广泛应用。大量研究发现在心衰患者的疾病发展过程中,往往伴随着大量代谢物质的变化。文章概括心衰的代谢物质变化、心衰各个中医证型的不同代谢组学特征以及中医药改善心衰代谢物质的相关研究,探讨代谢组学在心衰疾病诊断、中医证候类型识别和中医药防治心衰疗效评估三个方面的价值。
Abstract:
Abstract:The birth of systems biology such as metabolomics has built a “bridge” between traditional medicine and modern medicine. Metabolomics technology has now been widely applied in patients with heart failure. A large number of studies have found that the development of heart failure patients is often accompanied by changes in a large number of metabolic substances. The article summarizes the changes in metabolic substances in heart failure, the different metabolomics characteristics of various traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, and the related research on improving metabolic substances in heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine. It explores the value of metabolomics in the diagnosis of heart failure, identification of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, and evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating heart failure.
