探讨急性发作湿热证型的前葡萄膜炎的治疗。急性期以清热燥湿为主，辨证论治，同时配合硫酸阿
托品滴眼散瞳，必要时服用醋酸泼尼松抗炎这样既能避免长期全身应用免疫抑制剂、非甾体类药物带来的毒副
作用，又能发挥中医专长使病情得到有效控制，有较高的临床实用价值。
- Abstract:

This paper deals with the treatment of anterior uveitis with acute damp － heat syndrome． In the Acute
peroid，the heat － clearing and damp － drying drugs are applied with the eye drops atropine sulfate mydriasisaccording to
syndrome differentiation． If it is necessary，taking prednisone acetate to anti － inflammatory to avoid side effect of long －
term systemic immunosuppressive agents of non － steroidal drugs，which makes the disease be effectively controlled and is
worthy of promotion．
