目的 研究天汉消渴茶片的降血糖作用。方法 本实验采用天汉消渴茶片对正常小鼠空腹血糖、高
血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖和高血糖模型小鼠给葡萄糖后血糖的检测，研究了天汉消渴茶片的降血糖作用。结果
天汉消渴茶片在 1． 80g /kgBW 组能降低高血糖模型小鼠给葡萄糖后 0． 5h 血糖值( P ＜ 0． 01) 。对正常小鼠空腹
血糖、对高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖无影响。结论 天汉消渴茶片具有降血糖作用。
- Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets． Method:
In this experiment，Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets was used to detect fasting blood glucose in normal
mice，fasting blood glucose in hyperglycemic model mice，and post － glucose glucose in hyperglycemic
model mice to study the hypoglycemic effect of Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets． Result: Tianhan Xiaoke Tea
Tablets in the 1． 80g /kg BW group can reduce the 0． 5h blood glucose level in hyperglycemic model
mice after glucose administration ( P ＜ 0． 01) ，and it has no effect on fasting blood glucose in normal
and hyperglycemic model mice． Conclusion: Tianhan Xiaoke Tea Tablets has hypoglycemic effect．
