摘要:
通过整理刘文琼教授临床诊疗围绝经期异常子宫出血疾病案例,从病因病机?治则治法?方药等方面系统总结刘教授诊治该病的经验及疗效?刘文琼教授认为围绝经期异常子宫出血主要涉及肝脾肾,辨证属气阴两虚证,治疗需以益气养阴为主,活血止血为辅,自拟功血1号方加减治疗,疗效满意?
Abstract:
By sorting out Professor Liu Wenqiong’ s clinical diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding cases, this paper systematically summarizes Professor Liu’ s experience and efficacy in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods, prescriptions and medicines. Professor Liu Wenqiong believes that abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period mainly involves liver, spleen and kidney. The syndrome differentiation shows deficiency of both Qi and Yin. The treatment should be based on tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin, supplemented by promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding. The self – made modified Gongxue No. 1 prescription was used with satisfactory curative effect.
