摘要:
“但头汗出”在《伤寒论》条文中出现了6次,为了提高临床疗效,通过以证测机和以方测机的方法,把《伤寒论》“但头汗出”的机理归纳为4种,认为“但头汗出”反映出“阳为热邪”“阳加于阴谓之汗”“头为诸阳之会”,以及人体内阳气?阳位?阳性的生理病理特点,临证可根据不同病机辨证组方用药?
Abstract:
The phrase “ sweating only on head” appeared six times in the article of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. In order to improve the clinical effect, the mechanism of “ sweating only on head” in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is summed up into four kinds by means of syndrome testing and formula testing methods. It is considered that “ sweating only on head” reflects that “ yang is heat pathogen” , “ yang acting on yin causes sweating” , “ head is the confluence of all yang meridians” , as well as the physiological and pathological characteristics of yang qi, yang portion and yang in human body, the clinical syndrome can be treated according to different pathogenesis
