摘要:
探讨健脑补肾通络方对肾虚血瘀型脑动脉硬化症患者血脂代谢及脑血流动力学参数的影响?方法选取医院于 2017年 1月 ~2018年 12月期间收治的 60例肾虚血瘀型脑动脉硬化症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)?对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者给予健脑补肾通络方治疗?对比两组患者的总有效率?血脂代谢及脑血流动力学参数?结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的脑血流动力学参数?血脂代谢指标均明显优于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)?结论 健脑补肾通络方治疗肾虚血瘀型脑动脉硬化症患者的疗效显著,可有效改善脑血流动力学参数及血脂代谢水平,值得推广?
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence on the blood lipid metabolism and cerebral blood flow parameters of the patients with the cerebral arteriosclerosis with deficiency of kidney and blood Stasis by use of the Jiannao Bushen Tongluo ( Brain - invigorating and Spleen - tonifying to Dredge the Collateral) Prescription. Method To select the 60 cases of hospitalized patients suffering from the cerebral arteriosclerosis with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis ranging from Jan. in 2012 to Dec. in 2018 as the objects and randomly divide them into the control group( n =30) and observation group( n =30) . The former is given the regular treatment of western medicine, and the latter is given the Jiannao Bushen Tongluo Prescription. Then the overall effect rate and the blood lipid metabolism and cerebral blood flow parameters in the two groups are compared. Result After the treatment, the control group is obviously higher than the observation group in the overall effect rate with significant difference( p < 0. 05) ; the observation group is superior to its counterpart in the the blood lipid metabolism and cerebral blood flow parameters with significant difference( p <0. 05) . Conclusion The effectiveness is significant in treating the patients suffering from the cerebral arteriosclerosis with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis by use of the Jiannao Bushen Tongluo Prescription, and the the blood lipid metabolism and cerebral blood flow parameters can be effectively improved, thus it is worthwhile to popularize the prescription.
