摘要:
摘要：脊髓损伤（spinal cord injury，SCI）后与勃起相关的自主神经及躯体神经受损，引起不同程度的勃起功能障碍（erectile dysfunction，ED）。中医学称为阳痿，认为主要由外感六淫、情志内伤、房事不节、肝经郁热等引起，虚实夹杂，多从肾论治；针灸、温针灸、电针疗法、小针刀、中药治疗等是常用且行之有效的治疗方法。目前西医学多使用5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂，海绵体药物注射、负压勃起装置等手段治疗。通过查阅文献及资料，对该病中、西医的认识及治疗方法进行阐述，以期为临床应用提供依据。
