摘要:
双侧面颊渗血属中医"衄血"范畴,是指不因外伤,自然出血的病证,表现为面颊皮肤反复渗血。刘华为教授认为面部皮肤渗血的病因多为先天禀赋不足或后天失养,病机涉及肾阳不足,脾失温煦,脾肾阳虚,故脾肾同治,温补先天以补后天,方精药简,疗效显著。
Abstract:
Capillary hemorrhage in the cheeks belongs in non - traumatic hemorrhage ,referring to spontaneous external bleeding without trauma,its manifestation is recurrent hemorrhage in cheek skin. Professor Liu Huawei believes the cause mainly lies in congenital deficiencies or lack of proper care after birth,the pathogenesis involves deficiency of kidney - yang,failure of spleen to be warm,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. So spleen and kidney treated together can warmly invigorate the congenital to tonify the acquired. The prescription is simple but with remarkable effects.
