摘要:
当归芍药散首见于张仲景的《金匮要略》,全方组方精简,仅芍药?当归?川芎?茯苓?白术?泽泻六味药,用于治疗肝脾不和的妊娠腹痛以及妇科诸痛,具有调肝理脾?活血利湿之效?本方肝脾同治,津血同调,以补为主,攻补兼施?适用于肝郁血滞?脾虚湿阻引起的妇科诸多疾病?徐氏妇科善用当归芍药散治疗妇科多种疾病?
Abstract:
Danggui ( angelica sinensis) Shaoyao ( Chinese herbaceous peony) Powder is first seen in Zhang Zhongjing’ s Essentials from the Golden Cabinet . The prescription is simplified with only six herbs: Chinese herbaceous peony, angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii, poria cocos, atractylodes macrocephala and rhizoma alismatis used to treat pregnancy abdominal pain and gynecological pain caused by liver - spleen discord. It has the effect of regulating liver and spleen, promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis. This prescription treats both liver and spleen, regulates both fluid and blood, mainly supplement with reinforcement and elimination in combination. It is suitable for many gynecological diseases caused by stagnation of liver and blood and dampness of spleen deficiency. Xu’ s gynecology department is good at using Danggui Shaoyao Powder to treat gynecological diseases.
