摘要:
目的 评价三阴煎膏方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期虚证患者中医证候积分、血气分析的影响。方法 将120例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用三阴煎膏方治疗，治疗6个月后比较疗效，观察治疗前后两组患者血气分析的变化。结果 动脉血氧分压（PaO2）比较，治疗前两组相比均无显著差异，具有可比性。治疗后两组氧分压均较治疗前有所改善，且治疗组较对照组改善明显（P<0.05）。二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）比较，治疗前两组相比均无显著差异，具有可比性。治疗后两组PaO2均较治疗前有所改善，且治疗组较对照组改善明显（P<0.05）。中医证候的综合评分，治疗前两组相比均无显著差异，具有可比性。治疗后两组中医证候总积分均较治疗前有所减少，且治疗组相较于对照组改善明显（P<0.05）。结论 三阴煎膏方可以明显改善COPD稳定期患者血气情况，改善患者临床症状，提高COPD稳定期患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of Sanyin Decoction on TCM syndrome integral and blood gas analysis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with deficiency syndrome in stable period.Methods 120 patients with COPD in stable stage were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Sanyin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared after 6 months. The blood gas analysis of the two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results There was no significant difference between PaO2 of the two groups before treatment，which was comparable. The oxygen pressure of the two groups was improved after treatment than before，and the treatment group was significantly improved than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between PaCO2 of the two groups before treatment，which was comparable. PaO2 in both groups was improved after treatment than before，and the treatment group was significantly improved than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The comprehensive score of TCM syndrome was comparable with the two groups before treatment.
