摘要:
《糖尿病肾病病证结合诊疗指南》基于糖尿病肾脏疾病（diabetic kidney disease，DKD）症状指标、西医分期与中医病证结合思路制定了糖尿病肾脏病诊疗指南，提出了DKD病证结合的诊疗路径，突出中医特色，现对该指南的诊断、治疗和管理等更新内容进行解读。
Abstract:
Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Combination of Disease and Syndrome for Diabetes Kidney Disease has formulated a diagnosis and treatment guide for diabetes kidney disease (DKD) based on the symptom indicators of DKD，western medicine staging and the combination of TCM disease and syndrome，proposed a diagnosis and treatment path with disease and syndrome integration of DKD，highlighted the characteristics of TCM，and now interprets the updated contents of the guide such as diagnosis，treatment and management.
