摘要:
总结四川省名中医叶腾辉主任中医师治疗不寐证经验，探析其学术思想。叶老治疗不寐证尊崇“虚则补之，实则泻之”的原则，强调“心血不足，脑失所养”是关键，多采用益气养血，交通心肾，疏肝理气、滋阴降火等法治疗，并辅以心理治疗，疗效甚佳。
Abstract:
This paper summarizes the experience of Director Ye Tenghui, a famous TCM doctor in Sichuan Province, in treating insomnia, and probes into his academic thoughts. Mr. Ye ’s treatment of insomnia appreciates and follows the principle of “ treating deficiency syndrome with tonifying methods, and treating excess syndrome with purgative methods” , and stresses that “ insufficient heart blood leads to malnutrition of the brain” . He mostly uses the methods of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney, soothing liver and regulating qi, nourishing yin and reducing fire, and supplemented by psychological treatment, which has a good effect.
