摘 要：目的 探索温阳消饮法对慢性心衰大鼠血清中 ＡＮＰ、ＴＮＦ－α及 ＩＬ－６含量水平的影响。方法 将 ４０ 只健康雄性 ＳＤ大鼠随机分为空白组（１０只）与 ＣＨＦ组（３０只），ＣＨＦ组动物采用大鼠腹腔注射阿霉素（ＡＤＲ）复 制慢性心力衰竭模型，造模结束后将 ＣＨＦ组 ＳＤ大鼠随机分为模型组、温阳消饮组、美托洛尔组进行干预，四周 后观察心肌病理形态学变化，测定各组大鼠血清 ＡＮＰ、ＴＮＦ－α及 ＩＬ－６的浓度。结果 与空白组比较，模型组 ＡＮＰ、ＴＮＦ－α及 ＩＬ－６含量升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），与模型组比
Abstract:
To explore the effect of the therapy of warming yang to resolve fluid retention on Serum ANP, TNF - α and IL -6 Levels in Rats with chronic heart failure. Method Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group ( 10 rats) and CHF group ( 30 rats) . Rats in CHF group were injected intraperitoneally with adriamycin ( ADR) to replicate chronic heart failure model. After the model establishment, SD rats in CHF group were randomly divided into model group, warming yang to resolve fluid retention group and metoprolol group for intervention. After four weeks, the pathological changes of myocardium were observed and the serum ANP of rats, concentrations of TNF – alpha and IL -6 in each group were determined. Result Compared with the blank group, the contents of ANP, TNF - alpha and IL -6 in the model group increased ( P < 0. 01) . Compared with the model group, the contents of TNF - alpha and IL -6 in the warming yang to resolve fluid retention group and the metoprolol group decreased ( P < 0. 01) . Compared with the warming yang to resolve fluid retention group, the contents of IL -6 in the metoprolol group increased ( P < 0. 05) .Conclusion The therapy of warming yang to resolve fluid retention can significantly reduce the levels of TNF - alpha and IL -6 in serum of CHF rats, inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve cardiac function.
