摘要:
流行病学研究显示心力衰竭的发病率逐年升高,慢性心力衰竭诊疗指南中药物治疗在临床显示良好的治疗效果,包括利尿剂?肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂?β受体阻滞剂?洋地黄类药物?血管扩张药?能量代谢调节药物?中医“圆运动”学说乃近代中医大家彭子益在传统中医理论上的高度发挥,核心思想是“中气如轴,四维如轮”,涉及阴阳五行?脏腑经络,五运六气等经典理论?基于传统中医理论,笔者试从“圆运动”角度探讨慢性心力衰竭诊疗指南的药物应用,为该病的临床治疗提供新思路?
Abstract:
Incidence rate of heart failure has been increasing year by year. The clinical treatment of chronic heart failure is shown to be effective in treating patients, including diuretics, renin angiotensin system inhibitors, beta blockers, digitalis, vasodilators, and energy metabolism modulators. The theory of “ circular movement” of traditional Chinese Medicine is a highly developed theory by Peng Ziyi, a great master of modern Chinese Medicine. The core idea is “ Central Qi likes an axis, four dimensions like a wheel” , involving the classic theories of yin and Yang, five elements, Zang Fu meridians, five movements and six Qi. Based on the theory of Chinese Medicine, the author tries to explore the drug application of chronic heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines from the perspective of circular movement, so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.
